1. How far is the town?

The town is a short walk of approximately 5 minutes from the apartment.

2. How far is the beach?

The beach is literally 20 seconds away. (South Beach)

3. How far is the supermarket?

The supermarket is about a six minute walk away, although for basic supplies there is a Londis store 3 minutes away.

4. How far is the train station?

The train station is roughly a seven or 8 minute walk away. If you were to travel by public transport then we would be happy to collect you. (This would need to be arranged by prior arrangement)

5. Where can we park?

There are no parking restrictions on the street that the apartment is located. (Victoria Street) So you can park outside the property.

6. Have we got gardens?

No unfortunately being a first floor flat we do not have access to a garden, but the views across the bay far outweigh the lack of garden.

There are however public gardens on the esplanade overlooking the south beach towards Caldey Island which are less than a minute away.

7. Is everything included in the price?

Yes, All gas and electricity are included. We also supply bed linen, but not towels or linen for the baby's cot as from experience babies prefer their own linen to sleep with.

8. Is the property child friendly?

Yes totally, The only thing which children might play with are the house plants which can be easily moved higher. All the windows in the property are sash windows which can't be opened by a child. We have a high chair and cot available on request.

9. Do we allow pets in the property?

No sorry, not unless it is a Guide Dog.
